These terms apply to the online storefront trading as SEAFOLLY at seafolly-worldwide.shop. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms shown before payment.

The online store
This is an online-only storefront. Product and brand names identify the goods offered for sale. No physical retail location or third-party social account is represented by this website unless it is expressly identified here.
Customer questions can be submitted through the public contact form.
Products, prices and availability
Product prices are fixed in EUR and shown before checkout. Availability, colour, size and images are presented on each product page. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve it. If a product or price is incorrect or unavailable before payment, checkout will stop and request a refresh.
Orders and payment
An order is submitted when you confirm payment through the secure hosted card-payment page. A contract is formed only after payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may reject or cancel an order for failed payment, fraud/security checks, stock errors, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing error, with any captured amount returned to the original payment method.
Delivery, returns and refunds
The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. The Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, item-condition rules, fees, exceptions and refund timing.
Promotions and gift cards
Promotion eligibility and calculations appear in the bag before payment and are governed by the Promotion Terms. Digital gift cards are bearer-value codes in EUR. The holder is responsible for keeping a code private. Gift cards are excluded from promotional discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate details and account security. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, scrape private endpoints or submit false support/return requests. We may restrict access needed to protect customers or the service.
Liability and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, the store is not responsible for indirect loss or delays outside reasonable control. Applicable mandatory consumer law in the customer’s country continues to apply.
