Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This page explains the process, costs, conditions and refund timing.

Return window and condition
Submit a request within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached. Swimwear must retain its hygiene seal. Trying an item on for fit is allowed only while these conditions are preserved.
Sale products may be returned under the same conditions unless the product page clearly identifies a lawful, specific exception before purchase.
How to return
- Open the return request form.
- Enter the order number, order email, items and reason.
- Wait for instructions and the correct return destination, normally sent within 2 business days. Do not send an item to an address found elsewhere.
- Package the products securely and retain proof of postage until the refund is complete.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind, size or preference return, the customer pays the carrier return cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the delivered item is damaged, materially not as described or not what was ordered, use the same form and include details; after review, reasonable return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned products are received and inspected. Your bank or card provider can take additional time to post the credit.
Original standard delivery is refunded only when required for a full-order cancellation under applicable law. Express upgrades and return postage are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If a promotion no longer qualifies after a partial return, the refund is recalculated using the promotion terms that applied to the order.
Exceptions
Digital gift cards and redeemed gift-card value cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where mandatory law requires it. Products that fail the condition requirements above may be refused or returned to the customer. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellations
Use the contact form immediately if you need to cancel. An order cannot be changed after dispatch, but eligible products can still be returned under this policy. Any mandatory statutory cancellation rights continue to apply.
