We do not accept a physical-product order if its delivery country is not available in checkout.

Standard delivery costs €5.95, or is free when eligible physical merchandise reaches the free-delivery threshold displayed in the bag and checkout. Express delivery costs €9.95. The exact service, price and country-specific estimate are shown before you pay.

Current estimates are 3–7 working days for standard and 1–3 working days for express within the listed European delivery countries; most other destinations show 5–10 and 2–5 working days respectively. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by address checks, customs, public holidays and carrier disruption.

Where tracking is available, it is supplied after dispatch. Check the address carefully before payment. Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged or incorrect parcel so it can be investigated.

Prices and checkout totals are displayed in EUR. For EU delivery destinations, applicable VAT is included in the displayed product price and is not added later at checkout. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to destination-country import duties or taxes collected by local authorities; these are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
